 Beijing dish that has been prepared since the imperial era. Pieces of thin meat with a crispy skin is sliced in front of the diners. Sauce, thinly sliced vegetables and crepe is provided for the wrap. Diners then choose 1 or 2 more ways to enjoy the rest of the duck (e.g., stir fried in noodles or vegetables)
